Chad Lahrmer, CPA has deep roots in the Nordonia Hills community, where his family has lived since 1975. A graduate of Nordonia High School in 1992, Chad now resides in Sagamore Hills, maintaining a strong connection to the area.

He earned his Business Administration degree, magna cum laude, from Kent State University in 1997. That same year, he passed the CPA exam and became a licensed Certified Public Accountant in 1998.

Chad began his accounting career at Hausser + Taylor LLC in Cleveland, where he advanced to audit manager. In 2003, he joined Kenneth Harrington CPA in Stow, focusing on tax services for small businesses and individuals. In October 2005, he founded Lahrmer & Company LLC, dedicating himself to providing top-notch accounting services to the local community.

Chad and his wife, Leslie, married in October 2000 and have two children, both Nordonia High School graduates. Their son is studying chemical engineering at the University of Cincinnati, and their daughter is heading to Wittenberg University for political science. Chad is an active participant in the community, regularly attending school events, PTA meetings, and youth sports games. His dedication to local education is evident through his service on the Nordonia School Board, where he has served since 2014, with re-elections in 2015, 2019, and 2023.
